About the product
TOOLZ yoga blocks are a supporting prop for yoga, Pilates and stretching. You place them under your hands, feet, hips or back to hold a pose without strain and gradually move deeper into a forward bend. For beginners a block helps you reach the floor in standing poses, while more confident practitioners can hold an asana longer and more steadily.
The material is EVA foam: the block is light, does not slip on the mat and keeps its shape under body weight. The 23x15x8 cm size gives three support heights depending on which side you lay the block on. Two pieces are included, so you can work symmetrically with both hands or build support under the shoulders and hips.
Suitable for training at home and in the gym: hamstring stretching, lower back support, restorative poses and pauses between sets in strength training.
