Returns and exchanges
You can return or exchange an item bought online or in a store within 10 days of receiving it.

- 10 days from the day you receive the item.
- What can be returned
- New and unworn: intact, free of damage and stains, with all tags and labels attached — just as it arrived.
- Where to return
- At any of our stores in Tashkent. From other cities — send it by post.
- Who pays for return shipping
- Returns in a store are free. If you send the item by post, the customer pays for return shipping.
- When you get your money back
- To your card, within 10 days.
- Deductions
- None: we charge no return fee and refund the full amount.
- Exchange
- You can exchange it for another size or another model at any of our stores.
