About the product
The Agility Grid is a set of hexagonal modules that link together in any configuration. One hexagon is 50 cm in diameter. The layout can be changed to suit the drill: lay out a long track, a ladder, or a grid with cells of different widths, and rebuild it in a minute.
The grid lies on any surface and is used for movements forwards, backwards and sideways — quick footwork, coordination, speed and endurance. Suitable for training in the gym, at home and in a group.
Individual hexagons can be stood upright and used as small obstacles: dribble a ball between them or crawl under them — an option for junior training and school classes.
