About the product
A string for the demanding player who builds their game around spin. The profile is square: the edges grip the ball more than a round string, so 4S delivers the most spin of all Tecnifibre shaped strings.
The material is co-polyester treated with Thermocore technology: multi-stage heating softens the string structure, reduces harsh impact vibration and adds power and durability. 4S feels softer than Black Code while remaining the brand's most spin-oriented string.
It is intended for rackets weighing more than 300 g and is recommended for players who break stiff strings — that is, who play more than 10 hours before a break. Diameter 1,20 mm. Recommended tension 22-25 kg, maximum 32 kg. Available as a 200 m reel and as a 12 m set for one restringing. Made in France.
