Chrome push-up handles Chrome Push Up Grips

Push-up handles raise the hand above the floor, so the wrist stays in a straighter position and the joint takes less load than in regular push-ups done on the palms. The raised position gives a greater range of motion — the chest goes below the level of the hands and the muscles work longer.

The ergonomic shape of the handle and the non-slip coating keep the grip steady on any surface. The pair is light and compact and easy to carry, so it suits training at home, in the park and at the gym.

The main purpose is upper-body training: chest, arm and core muscles. Finish — chrome design.
