A set of five hurdles for running, jumping and plyometric drills. They can be set out in a line or as a maze to work on stride frequency, coordination, starting accelerations and jumps. Suitable for individual sessions and for group work with a team.

The height adjusts up to 29 cm, so the load can be matched to the player's level: the low position for quick footwork, the high one for jumping series. Hurdle width is 47 cm.

The body is made of durable plastic, and the structure is light and stable. The hurdles nest inside one another, so they are easy to take to the court, to the gym or outdoors.
